SB 5518 - DIGEST

Provides that a state agency or department may not purchase, for the primary purpose of habitat conservation or ecosystem preservation, any parcel of privately owned land that includes more than five contiguous acres in the unincorporated area of any county, unless the legislative authority of that county consents to the transaction by resolution.
