On page 5, beginning on line 3, strike all material through "act."
on line 10 and insert the following:
"(2) Of the tax imposed on persons subject to tax in subsection (1)
of this section, an amount equal to 0.13 percent of the tax shall be
deposited in the problem gambling account created in section 3 of this
act."
EFFECT: Removes additional 0.1 and 0.13 percent tax on gross income derived from contests of chance and uses 0.13 percent of the 1.5 percent tax for deposit into the problem gambling account.
