On page 3, line 16, after "law," insert "the small business credit for the business and occupation tax, sales and use tax exemptions for food and prescription drugs, property tax relief for retired persons, and property tax valuations based on current use,"
EFFECT: The citizen commission and JLARC must not review the small business and occupation tax credit, sales and use tax exemptions for food and prescription drugs, property tax relief for retired persons, or property tax valuations based on current use.
