   On page 1, line 15, after "historical," insert "accessibility,"

   On page 3, line 13, after "state" insert "or his or her designee"

   On page 4, line 20, after the first "capitol" strike "buildings" and insert "((buildings)) facilities"

   On page 4, line 22, after "thereof" strike "((, and designate rooms in the capitol buildings to be occupied by various state officials))" and insert "and, except as provided in section 2 of this act, designate rooms in the capitol buildings to be occupied by various state officials"

EFFECT: Adds accessibility as a discretionary consideration that may be addressed by the Legislative Buildings Committee. Provides that the secretary of state may be represented on the Capitol Campus Design Advisory Committee by his or her designee. Corrects the reference to the Division of Capitol Facilities. Except for decisions that relate to allocation of internal space and establishing policy regarding the preservation of the historic character of the interior of certain legislative buildings, the director of General Administration is responsible for designating rooms in the capitol buildings to be occupied by various state officials.
