Beginning on page 1, line 6, strike all of section 1
On page 3, line 13, after "fee of" strike "ten" and insert "twenty"
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Eliminates the fee on marriage licenses. Increases the filing fee collected upon petition for dissolution, legal separation, or annulment from ten dollars to twenty dollars.
