   On page 1, line 10, after "up to" strike "two hundred fifty" and insert "four hundred"

   On page 2, line 1, after "June 30," strike "2005" and insert "2006"

EFFECT: Changes the maximum life insurance coverage from $250,000 to $400,000 for which the state will reimburse premiums. Changes the date for funding from June 30, 2005, to June 30, 2006, for purposes of the null and void clause.
