   On page 1, line 18, after "(2)" strike "Beginning in 2006" and insert "By December 1, 2005, and each December 1st thereafter"

   On page 3, after line 25, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect immediately."

   Correct the title.

EFFECT: Requires the first industrial insurance fund audit to be completed by December 1, 2005, rather than in 2006, and adds an emergency clause with an immediate effective date.
