   On page 26, line 4, after "agencies," strike "and including" and insert "but excluding"

EFFECT: Increases the new liter liquor tax from $1.00 to $1.33 per liter. Limits the tax to "front door" purchases by consumers at Liquor Control Board stores and agencies, and exempts "back door" purchases by restaurant licensees.
