   On page 4, line 9, after "70.14.050." insert "Cumulative costs associated with lower to higher-priced substitutions in this section shall be reimbursed from the state treasury to the certified collective bargaining unit representing the covered individuals adversely impacted by the substitution in the amount of the increased costs and accrued interest."

EFFECT: Collective bargaining units will be reimbursed for the increased cost associated with lower to higher-priced drug substitutions.
