On page 9, after line 27, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 Except for section 4 of this act, this act
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing
public institutions, and takes effect March 24, 2006."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Allows existing private funds to be deposited into the Freight Mobility Multimodal Account from the Freight Mobility Investment Board Capital Account immediately.
