   On page 4, line 12, after "43.03.060" insert "to be paid jointly by the senate and the house of representatives"

EFFECT: Specifies that legislative facilities and staff are provided for the joint select task force and not the advisory committee, and that travel reimbursement for qualified nonlegislative members shall be paid jointly by the Senate and the House of Representatives.
