On page 23, line 8 of the amendment, after "tribe," insert "the agreements/compacts must be approved by the legislature before the agreements/compacts are enacted,"
On page 36, line 12 of the amendment, before "and" insert "the agreements/compacts must be approved by the legislature before the agreements/compacts are enacted,"
EFFECT: Requires that after the Governor's Office negotiates the compacts the agreements/compacts with the tribes, the agreements/compacts must then be approved by the Legislature before the compacts are enacted.
