On page 2, line 1 of the amendment, after "until July 1," strike "2008" and insert "2009"
On page 2, beginning on line 3 of the amendment, after "weight." strike all material through "weight." on line 5 and insert "After July 1, 2009, a person may not sell automatic dishwashing detergent that contains five percent or more phosphorus by weight, except for single dose products that contain no more than 2.5 grams of phosphorus per dose."
EFFECT: After July 1, 2009, a person may not sell automatic dishwashing detergent containing five percent or more phosphorus by weight, except for single dose products containing no more than 2.5 grams of phosphorus per dose.
