On page 1, line 23 of the amendment, after "agreement" insert ", except upon release of sensitive fish and wildlife data to the owner, lessee, or right of way or easement holder of private land who initially provided the data"
EFFECT: The release of sensitive fish and wildlife data to the private owner, lessee, or right of way or easement holder who initially provided the data may not be subject to a confidentiality agreement.
