On page 1, beginning on line 28 of the amendment, after "(ii)" strike all material through "thereto;" on line 30, and insert "The news or information is material to the maintenance of a party's claim, defense, or proof of an issue; and"
EFFECT: Amends the second prong of the test to specify that the news or information must be material, but not critical or necessary.
