On page 3, line 15 of the amendment, after "The" strike "state board for community and technical colleges" and insert "higher education coordinating board"
On page 3, beginning on line 25 of the amendment, strike all material through "28B.76.500." on line 31
EFFECT: Replaces the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges with the Higher Education Coordinating Board for the purposes of the development and implementation of the opportunity grants program.
