On page 3, line 3, after "section." insert "The advisory committee shall give due consideration in the design and management of the program that persons who hold licenses or contracts issued by the gambling commission, horse racing commission, and lottery commission are not excluded from, or discouraged from applying to participate in, the program."
EFFECT: Provides that the problem and pathological treatment program should address the needs of persons who hold contracts or licenses issued by the gambling commission, horse racing commission, and lottery commission.
