   On page 2, after line 32, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. In the event that SSB 6356 passes the legislature, the provisions of that bill shall apply to all state community and technical colleges."

EFFECT: All community and technical colleges with more than 5000 employees must spend at least 7% of their payroll on health care services.
