   On page 1, line 16, after "chapter." insert "However, in no instance shall an employee of a corporation or limited liability company business be personally liable for any unpaid taxes or interest and penalties if the employee filed reports and paid unemployment tax contributions at the direction of a superior."

   Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
