On page 5, line 2, after "lands" strike ", including his or her
own," and insert "((, including his or her own,))"
On page 5, line 8, after "huckleberries" insert ". A specialized forest products permit is not required by a person harvesting a specialized forest product from his or her own land if the specialized forest product is processed or used on land owned by the person who conducted the harvest"
EFFECT: Removes the requirement to have a specialized forest products permit to harvest specialized forest products from one's land, if the product is used or processed on the same land.
