On page 3, line 24, before "cedar products," strike "huckleberries,"
Beginning on page 4, line 35, strike all of sections 2, 3, and 4
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
On page 8, line 4, after "huckleberries" insert "on publicly owned land"
EFFECT: Removes all provisions of the bill except for the prohibition on the use of a rake or other mechanical device to harvest huckleberries, and limits the prohibition on rake use to huckleberry bushes on public lands.
