   On page 101, after line 3, insert the following:

   "The appropriation in this section is subject to the following conditions and limitations: The Commission, in coordination with the Departments of Fish and Wildlife and Natural Resources, shall manage Bottle Beach State Park without adversely affecting existing recreational uses of the park and surrounding natural areas and tidelands."

EFFECT: Does not change amount appropriated, however, limits the use of the funds in the section pursuant to the commission coordinating with Departments of Fish and Wildlife and Natural Resources for the management of Bottle Beach State Park.
