On page 59, after line 28 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 72 A new section is added to chapter 90.71
RCW to read as follows:
If any action taken by the partnership reduces the fair market
value of private property, the partnership shall provide just
compensation to the property owner. Just compensation shall be equal
to the reduction of the fair market value of the affected property, and
shall be provided to the property owner upon written demand for said
compensation under this act."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct the title.
On page 52, line 29 of the amendment, after "24" strike "and 26 through 31" and insert ", 26 through 31, and 72"
EFFECT: Requires the Partnership to pay compensation for any regulation that reduces the market value of private property.
