EFFECT: Removes language making violations of the dispute resolution program a per se violation of the Consumer Protection Act. (The dispute resolution program created by this act is intended to address disputes arising from violations of the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act, which is subject to the Consumer Protection Act under current law.)
