   On page 2, line 13 of the amendment, after "51.52.060" strike "with a preliminary list of witnesses" and insert "and confirmation of witnesses with the board of industrial insurance appeals"

EFFECT: Provides that the Department and the employer must not contact certain medical witnesses without written authorization from the worker after confirmation of witnesses with the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals (instead of when notice of appeal is filed with a preliminary list of witnesses).
