   On page 9, line 9 of the amendment, after "instances of" strike "a self-insurer's" and insert "an employer's"

EFFECT: Exempts all employers (instead of just self-insurers) who are aiding in treatment to a catastrophically injured worker from the prohibition on being present at the physical location of the examination.
