On page 6, beginning on line 17, strike all of section 7 and insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7 If specific funding for the purposes of
section 5 of this act, referencing section 5 of this act by bill or
chapter number and section number, is not provided by June 30, 2007, in
the omnibus appropriations act, section 5 of this act is null and
void."
EFFECT: Only section 5 shall be null and void should specific funding for the purposes of this act not be provided by June 30, 2007.
