"potential impacts of recent court cases limiting agricultural activities on agricultural lands,"

EFFECT: Adds "potential impacts of recent court cases limiting agricultural activities on agricultural lands" as another factor for the Office of Farmland Preservation to include in its authorized analysis of agricultural land declines, retention and viability.
