"state water relinquishment statutes as they pertain to crop rotation," 

EFFECT: Adds "state water relinquishment statutes as they pertain to crop rotation" as another factor for the Office of Farmland Preservation to include in its authorized analysis of agricultural land declines, retention and viability.
