On page 2, after line 21, insert the following:
"(4) All toll revenue from a bridge, highway, or roadway must be
used only for highway purposes consistent with Article II, section 40
of the state Constitution."
Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires all revenue generated by tolls on a bridge, highway, or roadway to be used only for highway purposes as required by the 18th Amendment to the state Constitution.
