(h) At the time a notice of conversion is given to tenants as
required under subsection (1) of this section, a declarant undertaking
a condominium conversion within a city or county shall submit a copy of
that notice and provide the address of the prospective conversion to
the city or county. A declarant may also be required to provide
additional information to the city or county, on a time schedule to be
determined by the city or county, related to the conversion project and
its outcomes and effects in order for the city or county to comply with
the reporting requirements under section 3 of this act"
EFFECT: Cities or counties may require that declarants of conversion condominiums provide the city or county with copies of the conversion notice provided to tenants as well as provide information about the conversion and its outcomes and effects so that the city or county can comply with state reporting requirements.
