On page 3, line 6, strike "twelve" and insert "ten"
On page 3, beginning on line 8, after "(B)" strike all material through "site" on line 9 and insert "The loan or rental of the property in excess of twenty-five days is only permitted for meetings of nonprofit organizations"
EFFECT: 1. Changes the distance requirement from twelve to ten
miles.
2. Replaces the paid employee restriction with a requirement that
only nonprofit organizations can use the property after twenty-five
days.
