   On page 5, line 29, after "provided that" strike all material through "ounces" on line 31 and insert "the amount of tax with respect to a can or package of moist snuff may not be less than two dollars and eighty-two cents"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the minimum amount of tax on any can or package of moist snuff is $2.82.
