On page 4, after line 29, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 8 A new section is added to chapter 47.10 RCW
to read as follows:
In order to provide funds necessary for the location, design,
right-of-way, and construction of state highway improvements that are
identified as One Washington Road projects, there shall be issued and
sold upon request of the Washington state secretary of transportation
a total of one billion fifty million dollars of general obligation
bonds of the state of Washington."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Authorizes the issuance of $1.050 billion in new bonds for One Washington Road projects.
