   On page 4, after line 33, insert the following:

   "(8) Funds available for wildlife rehabilitation under this section shall not be made available in years in which a human under the age of eighteen is attacked by wildlife. In such years, any funding available under this section shall instead be used to reimburse the family of the attacked child for medical costs associated with the treatment and rehabilitation of the attacked individual."

EFFECT: Requires money set aside for wildlife rehabilitation to first be used to reimburse the medical expenses of children injured in a wildlife attack.
