On page 3, line 29, after "department" strike all material through
", or" and insert "or ((the county legislative authority))"
On page 3, beginning on line 30, after "emergency." strike all
material through "subsection))." on line 33 and insert "((The county
legislative authority shall immediately notify the department if it
declares an emergency under this subsection.))"
EFFECT: Removes the authority for a county legislative authority to declare an emergency for the purposes of authorizing the department of fish and wildlife to issue an emergency, oral hydraulics permit approval.
