31, 2009" and insert "January 15, 2010"
On page 8, line 1, after "by" strike "December 31st" and insert "January 15th"
On page 13, line 5, after "annually" insert "by May 1st"
EFFECT: Extends the deadline for the submission of the first state
Affordable Housing for All plan from December 31, 2009, to January 15,
2010.
Requires that counties report on the use of Affordable Housing for
All surcharge funds by May 1st of each year to the DCTED.
