EFFECT: Reduces the health services account-state appropriation provided solely for premium subsidies for low-income employees of employers participating in the health insurance partnership by $1,000,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Reduces Health Services Account-State in FY 2009 by $1,000,000.
