   On page 4, line 10, after "make a" strike "verbatim audio recording" and insert "written record taken by a certified court reporter"

   On page 4, line 11, after "the" strike "recording" and insert "written record"

   On page 4, line 14, after "body." insert "The cost of a certified court reporter shall be paid by the office of financial management."

EFFECT: Substitutes a written record taken by a certified court reporter for a verbatim audio recording. Requires the Office of Financial Management to pay the costs of a certified court reporter for any governing body.
