   On page 4, line 11, after "session" strike "and retain the recording for a period of two years"

   On page 4, after line 31, insert the following:

   "(c) All audio recordings made pursuant to this section shall be maintained by the secretary of state as part of the state archives for a period of two years from the date of the audio recording."

EFFECT: Requires audio recordings made pursuant to this act to be retained by the secretary of state as part of the state archives for a period of two years.
