On page 3, after line 8, insert the following:
"(6) Required waivers of all tuition and fees under subsection (4)
of this section shall not affect permissive waivers of tuition and fees
under subsection (3) of this section."
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Clarifies that the granting of mandatory tuition waivers for spouses and children shall not affect the permissive waivers that will continue to be available to veterans.
