   On page 21, line 13, after "officer" insert ", unless the violation is subject to a hearing in which case the community corrections officer shall submit a recommendation for the appropriate sanction to the hearings officer"

EFFECT: Clarifies that the CCO will make the recommendation for the appropriate sanction for the violation to a hearings officer if the violation is subject to a hearing.
