   On page 6, line 11, strike all of subsection (7)

   On page 6, after line 17, insert the following:

   "NEW SECTION. Sec. 11. EXPIRATION DATE. If specific funding for the benefits payable under section 3 of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, and specific provisions naming an entity to administer this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, are not enacted by June 30, 2009, this act expires July 1, 2009."

EFFECT: Sets an expiration date of July 1, 2009, if funding for the benefits and provisions naming an administrator are not enacted by June 30, 2009.
