   On page 5, beginning on line 25, after "providers" strike all material through "effectiveness" on line 28

EFFECT: Permits but does not require the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges to make changes to the Job Skills Program. Requires that the Board strengthen existing mechanisms for outreach to firms rather than develop additional mechanisms for outreach and removes references to specific service providers that offer productivity and effectiveness traning.
