On page 2, line 33, after "(i)" strike "Substantially job" and insert "Reasonably employment"
EFFECT: A person may obtain a consumer report for employment purposes when any information in the report bears on a consumer's creditworthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity if the information is reasonably job related or required by law. The standard in the Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill is "substantially job related."
