   On page 2, after line 12, insert "(f) Nuclear power offers a reliable, long-term source of electricity that does not emit greenhouse gases;"

   Reletter the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

   On page 5, after line 29, insert "(d) Supporting existing nuclear power resources and promoting the development of additional nuclear power resources will help the state achieve the greenhouse gases emissions reduction goals established in section 2 of this act."

EFFECT: Adds legislative findings and declarations regarding the benefits of developing new nuclear power resources and supporting existing nuclear power resources.
