Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct the title.
EFFECT: Requires DSHS to conduct background checks whenever DSHS is investigating or responding to allegations of child sexual abuse. Removes references to the registry of information regarding sex and kidnapping offenders and the sex offender public web site.
