On page 2, after line 28 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4 This act expires December 31, 2010."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: The Smart Homeownership Choices Program is expired on December 31, 2010.
