On page 1, line 21 of the amendment, after "program." insert "The commission shall not provide assistance to any homeowner that is deferring property taxes under chapter 84.37 or 84.38 RCW."
EFFECT: Homeowners that are receiving property tax deferrals are precluded from receiving assistance under the Smart Homeownership Choices Program.
