   On page 28, line 35 of the striking amendment, after "Sec. 20." strike the remainder of the section and insert the following:

   "If specific funding for the purposes of this act referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2008, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

EFFECT: Replaces the null and void clause applicable only to the study with a clause providing that the entire act is null and void if it is not funded by June 30, 2008.
